Redington Graduate Campaign – #StartsWithYou

Redington’s year-round graduate and internship campaign had lost engagement due to overly corporate, repetitive assets that didn’t reflect the company’s vibrant and entrepreneurial culture. I led the creative direction for a refreshed suite of assets, collaborating with HR and client teams to interview recent graduates. Their insights shaped a more authentic, inclusive campaign that resonated with early-career talent.
As part of the campaign refresh, I introduced the tagline “Starts with you,” a call to action that positioned graduates as the drivers of their own journey, reflecting Redington’s culture of innovation. I shifted the visual identity by using the secondary colour palette to soften the corporate tone while retaining raspberry accents for brand recognition. Photography moved away from staged setups to natural, candid imagery that captured real people and moments. The content, rebuilt around graduate insights highlighted themes of growth, collaboration and purpose to create a campaign that felt both authentic and aspirational.

“A Day in the Life” campaign
I produced a multi-channel campaign that captured everyday graduate life at Redington through blogs, short-form videos and social media posts. These assets offered an authentic snapshot into Redington culture.
Where does Redington eat?
I ran a company-wide survey to map where people ate lunch everyday. A playful way to spark conversation and help new starters discover local spots, the final infographic layered data on location, ratings and cuisines, blending practical insight with cultural storytelling.
“Advice to my younger self” campaign
I led a social campaign that invited colleagues across Redington to share personal reflections and career wisdom for those just starting out. What began as a simple prompt evolved into a powerful storytelling initiative. I collaborated across departments to build a dedicated landing page and a suite of social assets that celebrated growth and sparked conversation.
