The challenge: With limited lead time and no existing blueprint, we needed to launch Redington’s first-ever conference, driving sign-ups, building brand presence and delivering a seamless user experience from promotion to ticket purchase to the day itself.
I co-led the marketing strategy and executed all design work, developing a distinctive visual identity that translated across social media, event spaces, print materials, PPT’s and landing pages. We mapped the full user journey, built targeted email campaigns in Cvent and continuously refined copy and creative based on engagement data to maximise impact.

I tested multiple video assets across social media, refining creative based on engagement and performance. One standout LinkedIn ad delivered £97.5K in revenue from just £630 in spend. A clear demonstration of strong ROI as a result of targeted messaging and effective campaign strategy.
