Delivered a cohesive, premium client experience that elevated the tour from an event to an insight‑led journey.

Challenge: Mintel’s Trends team needed to elevate a bespoke client bus tour, showcasing how London businesses were responding to emerging consumer trends into a cohesive, insight‑driven experience. The goal was to ensure the day felt structured, memorable, and valuable, rather than a series of disconnected stops.

Solution: I designed a full suite of branded materials, including a trends book, map, ticket, and merchandise, to transform the tour into a guided narrative. Each destination was supported by a tailored handout and a small themed gift, with deeper context captured in the accompanying trends book. This created a consistent visual identity and a clear storyline that tied each location back to Mintel’s insights.
