Building a unified, recognisable brand system adopted across the company.
Scaling brand adoption and delivering 150+ on‑brand assets monthly.

Challenge: To define a scalable design system that embedded the brand proposition “hard work deserves more” across all teams and touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency and long‑term brand equity.

Solution: I led the evolution of Azimo’s visual identity, producing a comprehensive brand book and creating distinct asset libraries for photography, illustration and iconography. Partnering with HR, Client Services and Product Design, I ensured the brand’s message was embedded consistently across every touchpoint from campaigns to customer onboarding. I also introduced A/B testing to validate creative and messaging directions, ultimately shifting the focus toward customer needs and how Azimo makes their lives easier.
